1Introduction and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the bdjaji platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the bdjaji website, mobile version or any associated channel, or by registering an account, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" means the bdjaji website and all related digital services.

2Account Registration and Eligibility

2.2 Right to Close Accounts

bdjaji may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following cases:

• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in fraud, collusion or any misconduct.
• Violating any provision of these Terms.

3Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

The following rules apply to financial transactions on the bdjaji platform:

3.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per payment method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Before making a deposit, ensure that the payment is being sent from your registered account.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals will always be made using the same method as the deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from a bonus balance.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

3.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in other currencies are not accepted.

4.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry and wagering conditions.
• A bonus applies only to the account in whose name the registration was made.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being cancelled and the account being suspended.
• bdjaji reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 VIP Program

The bdjaji VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: up to 0.5% cashback per week.
• Gold: up to 0.8% cashback per week.

5Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on the bdjaji platform:

5.1 Game Results

All game results are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or a live dealer. Each game outcome is independent and does not depend on previous results.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, disconnection or other technical issue, bdjaji will restart the game where applicable or the bet will be refunded. Decisions regarding ongoing bonus rounds or special features remain at bdjaji's discretion.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots, automated software or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to influence game results through collusion with other players.
• Exploiting system errors or bugs for personal gain.
• Any attempt to manipulate game results.

6User Responsibilities

Each user must fulfil the following responsibilities while using the platform:
